Rumor: Forza 3 to Have 2 Discs, 300 Cars, and More

June 16, 2008 – 4:20 pm

A rumor, reported by Xbox360Fanboy, is stating that the next version of Microsoft’s flagship automobile game will feature “two discs, have some sort of “assist system”, will be loaded to the brim with content (400 cars, 100 tracks, etc) and will have car deformation”. Check out the entire article below.”We know there is a certain section of the readership that hates our guts for posting rumors, but frankly, we really don’t much care. We do our best to show exactly where rumors come from, and always leave it to you to make the decision about their truthfulness for yourselves. This next one came from the same survey page that the “Xbox Avatar” rumor came from, and has all sorts of goodies in it.

The page states that Forza 3 will ship on two discs, have some sort of “assist system”, will be loaded to the brim with content (400 cars, 100 tracks, etc) and will have car deformation. Really though, the biggest news here is the possible hint (if the survey page is to be believed) that the game was constrained by the limitations of the DVD format …”

Rumor 60GB Xbox 360 To Launch At E3

June 16, 2008 – 4:17 pm

After much dillying and dallying Microsoft has decided internally that it will announce the long overdue upgrade at E3 next month (the event runs from 15 - 17 July) with a release then scheduled for August.

What has led to these holds up isn’t clear since in pure storage terms there is now pence between the cost of 20GB and 60GB drives, but if I had to place a guess it would be on how the company plans to re-jig its existing line-up. Obviously the Arcade should become cheaper, but it will be interesting to see if it will eventually come with storage or whether the 60GB version will be a straight swap for the 20GB Premium only. Either way, however, with the PS3 making progress in recent months Microsoft knew it had to do something.

Finding the Balance

June 11, 2008 – 8:53 am

I have to tell you it’s very hard to come up with a new layout for the site. Why do we need a new layout? Well I have for the most part gone with a new theme of changing the layout once a year (the overall design) I generally end up adding elements, changing colors here and there and making new banners. Generally the new layout comes out around December, which is Majin Planet birthday. Read the rest of this entry »

Majin Planet in 2009?

May 29, 2008 – 5:50 am

I know it may be only May, well mid year in a few days to start thinking about what I’m going to do in 2009 with Majin Planet. As the goal goes, the site will be more Dragon ball related as it’ll be and forever be as long as I’m in charge a DBZ fan site. Now the question comes with the layout. I love the current layout, in fact I only see it getting better as time goes on. For the most part no one as really said anything bad about the layout either wise and I’ve had it up for a long time. Besides from a few common changes to the layout and the banner which has changed lot since, I wonder if I should add more color to it? One of the ideas I had was putting a red/orange tone into it, to make it more DBZ like.

I really like to get some fan input on this one, something this site lacks big time, we get about 640 visitors per day on the site now. Someone is looking at the site, so someone must have an opinon on the site, good or bad. Please post a comment on the blog here and let me know what you think about this.

Linky Linky I smell a Linky

May 21, 2008 – 4:01 am

Kind of hard to believe that we’ve done 100 blog post now. I’m sure other blogs kick out 100s a month. Not much to talk about, I made a new trailer for Unrivaled Wars, this one is a bit date back to the story Deathly Souls. Read the rest of this entry »

Reason I hate Star Wars RPG

May 16, 2008 – 7:28 pm

Don’t get me wrong, I loved it at one point. Everyday that passes I hate it more and more. The sad and funny thing about this is I’m opening a site about Star Wars RPG, UnrivaledWars.com. Why is that sad? Because it is. I mainly hate the people and not even the people who are on the site. Luckily they are the only good group out of all of them I’ve ever met. There are others I loved to see join the site and I’m sure they will Read the rest of this entry »

Error in blog, Status

May 14, 2008 – 10:17 am

So everyone knows, I know the layout in the blog doesn’t work right in IE6 and IE7. You may be wondering to yourself why I haven’t bother to fix it yet. The real question should be why are you use IE to look at the site. The truth is, I don’t think the blog gets that much traffic anyways to where someone would be annoyed by it. Maybe that’s why? Well when I get the time, and in the mood I’ll fix it the best I can. Why can’t IE be like FireFox? Read the rest of this entry »
